Our Client Portal is powered by TaxDome. Use this secure portal to exchange documents with us, send secure messages, complete tasks and questionnaires, and electronically sign documents.
TaxDome is our Practice Management System and also serves as your Client Portal. Please use the following links to access instructional videos to better understand how to access, navigate, and utilize TaxDome.
The videos are password protected. You must be a newly onboarded or existing client to be provided the password.

Our accounts receivable is managed through Bill and Pay. Bill and Pay allows you to view up to 36 months of invoice and payment history, make electronic payments, set up autopay, etc. If you wish to pay an invoice electronically, this is the system you will utilize to view and pay all invoices sent to you.
The Remote Session, powered by ScreenConnect, allows us to securely access your PC either on-demand or in a single session via a session code.
E-mail is inherently INSECURE. It is why we offer an encrypted e-mail system in addition to SmartVault, our secure Client Portal, for sending and receiving encrypted e-mails. Please use the Secure E-Mail button to send us an encrypted e-mail, including attachments.
